On summer’s eve, 17 Strongbow surfers descended on Bondi Beach in custom made glow-in-the-dark surfboards and wetsuits as an official “welcome to summer” for Strongbow. Diesel Increases LIKES through QR Codes

DIESEL partnered with Fullsix, an European Marketing Communications group and implemented this new concept of liking a page via QR codes. They executed it in their stores across Madrid, Spain where people browsing through the products can scan the code and ‘LIKE’ the Product which is then shared on the wall. This lets the user’s friends know that they’re shopping at DIESEL.

This could be a major development which many brands could start executing and soon spamming our news feeds with links to their products. Imagine the possibilities of getting a discount if you like the product, etc. if implemented with more ideas. Aren’t we all waiting for this? Let me know your comments below.
